If you have submitted to the ABP process, you are invited to send relevant new concerns, particularly relating to 2022-2028 Carlow Co Development Plan and the Climate Action Plan,  to An Bord Pleanála by 15th Feb 2024 at 5.30pm. The High Court notes also refer to the EU Council regulation above ( 2022/2577)

Please send your submission to <appeals@pleanala.ie> or to  An Bord Pleanála at 64 Marlborough Street, Dublin 1, D01V902.
